Petra Kunst

Petra Kunst was born in 1971 in Zagreb, where she fin­ished the Cen­ter for Edu­ca­tion in Cul­ture and stud­ied Eng­lish lan­guage and lit­er­at­ure at the Fac­ulty of Philo­sophy and Mar­ket­ing at the Fac­ulty of Eco­nom­ics in Zagreb.

She writes poetry and short proze and trans­lates from Eng­lish and Slov­e­ni­an. Dur­ing her pro­fes­sion­al car­ri­er she worked for twenty years in inter­na­tion­al envir­on­ments, with the last ten as pro­ject man­ager. From 2014 she acts as fund­ing con­su­lant for cul­tur­al pro­jects, mainly in audi­ovisu­al sec­tor and music, and edu­ca­tion of adults. She cur­rently leads two private edu­ca­tion pro­ject for adults in Zagreb to which she is a cre­at­or and co-author. She lives and works in Zagreb with her chil­dren.

For the »nec­ro­pol­is-pro­ject« she acts as the Croa­tian coordin­at­or and takes care for pub­lic rela­tions.
